**Job Title : Project Coordinator - Interior Fit-Out & Manufacturing**
**Location : Greater Noida**
**Reporting To : Operations Head**
**Employment Type : Full-time**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination & Execution**:

- Coordinate all phases of manufacturing and installation projects pan-India.
- Track project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (Design, Production, Stores, Dispatch, Installation, Finance)
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including schedules and update ERP in accordance.

**Client & Key Account Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Ensure all client expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and communication.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Regularly update clients with project progress and manage approvals.

**Internal Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the design team for accurate and timely drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate with production and store teams to ensure availability of materials and products.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to manage logistics and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with site teams during installation and handover.

**Quality, Handover & Payments**:

- Conduct or coordinate quality checks during and post-installation.
- Ensure proper documentation and sign-offs for project closure.
- Collect completion certificates and initiate the billing process.
- Follow up for payments and ensure timely collections as per agreed terms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and vendor/client coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or client meetings.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience working in a furniture/interior manufacturing setup.
- Exposure to large-scale rollouts or multi-location installations.
- Client-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
