**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- **Fabrication & Welding**:

- Perform **MIG, TIG, and Arc welding** for metal signage, frames, and structures.
- Cut, shape, and join metal sheets, pipes, and rods as per design specifications.
- Work with **stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum** for outdoor/indoor signage.
- **Reading Blueprints & Measurements**:

- Interpret technical drawings and measurements for accurate fabrication.
- Ensure precision in welding joints, bends, and cuts.
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow **safety protocols** (PPE, fire safety, welding standards).
- Inspect welds for defects (cracks, porosity) and rework if needed.
- **Machine & Tool Handling**:

- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutters, and drilling tools.
- Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work with designers, fabricators, and installers to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in on-site installation if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
