**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in leading the transformation of Consumer Health towards a data and digital-first culture with the deployment of rapid, high-value end-to-end (E2E) data products and solutions
- Assist in targeting E2E Data and Digital outcomes that require a cross-functional focus to unlock our growth strategy leveraging Data Science/AI and Intelligent Automation
- Share in the responsibility to enable the achievement of the J&J Consumer Health 3-year strategic growth objectives viz. Net Trade Sales Acceleration, Gross Profit Optimization, and Free Cash flow optimization
- Work closely with the regions to drive our data strategy and its activation
- Assist in driving the organization-wide growth and impact for the 1.2B consumers & healthcare professionals who use our products and services
- Design, build, and maintain E2E data products and an enterprise-wide semantic layer, and incubate high-value solutions
- Collaborate closely with strategic external partners, and leaders across the business and technology to passionately understand our data needs
- Assist in defining and operationalizing our approach and roadmap to build high-value data products and a semantic data layer that supports our functions and regions
- Provide data product leadership across data domains, and ultimately enable outcomes that matter in our local markets
- As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and experienced data product owner, this role will empower our technology and business partners through the design and delivery of high-quality data products and insights that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions
- The Data Product Owner will work with the business to identify and prioritize high-value data products within the Customer data domain. This individual will own the delivery of products with assistance from regionally/functionally distributed technical resources, specifically:

- Execute on 360 data product strategy and roadmap: Execute strategy for 360 data products as set forth by team lead, aid in the creation of the ROI/investment proposal, and establish roadmap of product delivery
- Build data products and incubate high value solutions: Design and build function-specific data products, and end-to-end data products (e.g., Customer 360). Accountable for validating products/deliverables meet the needs of the business
- Translate ambiguous business needs into Data Product solutions: Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to capture business needs into clear user stories and data use-cases, and align on minimum viable product (MVP) scope. Maintain user stories in a prioritized backlog and effectively divide overall project goals into prioritized deliverables for sequential and focused progress
- Drive value realization: Establish and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to continuously improve the product. Accurately use key data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Establish feedback channels and drive iterative improvements: Meet with end users on an ongoing basis to understand their use-cases and areas for improvement. Track product and feature usage to support data driven decision making around enhancements and new product launches. Drive adoption through collaboration and thoughtful change management strategies
- Partner with business and
