**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Coding School Teacher to join our team at Siva Academy. As a Coding School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coding education to students, with a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Fluency in both Kannada and English, as well as strong communication skills and a presentable demeanor, are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging coding lessons and activities to students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, projects, and assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials, teaching strategies, and assessment methods.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues in Kannada and English.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Kannada and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower students to learn coding.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Teaching certification or credentials (preferred but not required).
