**Job Title**: Store & E-Commerce Executive (Female Only)

**Location**: New Delhi (In-store, with online client coordination)
**Brand**: Katyals Couture - Indian Ethnic Wear

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management & Stock Updates**:

- Regularly update product listings, stock availability, and pricing on the brand’s website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and tagging for smooth customer browsing.
- **Billing & Store Operations**:

- Handle customer billing and POS operations at the store.
- Maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and coordinate with production for replenishments.
- Maintain inventory registers and reports (offline + online).
- **Client Handling (Offline + Online)**:

- Assist walk-in clients at the store with **styling and fashion recommendations**, ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
- Respond to client queries and orders on WhatsApp & Instagram (DMs, inquiries, follow-ups).
- Coordinate appointments, trials, and delivery schedules.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a client database, follow up for payments, and ensure after-sales service.
- Build long-term relations with clients to drive repeat sales.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail, boutique, or e-commerce operations.
- **Well-versed with fashion sense, styling, and latest ethnic wear trends.**:

- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic website handling (Shopify/Wix/WooCommerce).
- Well-organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary (fixed + incentives based on sales & performance).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
