Job Title: Store & E-Commerce Executive (Female Only)

Location: New Delhi (In-store, with online client coordination)

Brand: Katyals Couture – Indian Ethnic Wear

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management & Stock Updates
  • Regularly update product listings, stock availability, and pricing on the brand's website.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and tagging for smooth customer browsing.
  • Billing & Store Operations
  • Handle customer billing and POS operations at the store.
  • Maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and coordinate with production for replenishments.
  • Maintain inventory registers and reports (offline + online).
  • Client Handling (Offline + Online)
  • Assist walk-in clients at the store with styling and fashion recommendations, ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
  • Respond to client queries and orders on WhatsApp & Instagram (DMs, inquiries, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate appointments, trials, and delivery schedules.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain a client database, follow up for payments, and ensure after-sales service.
  • Build long-term relations with clients to drive repeat sales.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, boutique, or e-commerce operations.
  • Well-versed with fashion sense, styling, and latest ethnic wear trends.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic website handling (Shopify/Wix/WooCommerce).
  • Well-organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary (fixed + incentives based on sales & performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
