- **Job Overview**:_

The Back Office Assistant will work closely with the Support Coordinator to handle various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing customer inquiries, Online KYC updating, drafting mails.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Support Coordination**:
Assist the Support Coordinator in managing daily tasks and operations.

Answer investors calls and inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.

Provide general back-office support, including IRT reports, data entry, Legal letter drafting, Physical shares to demat.

Ensure smooth communication between the team and Head office departments.

Record the movement of inward and outward Documents in Excel sheets.

**Salary : up to 12k p.m Maximum (Depending upon SKills)**

**Working Days: Mon to Saturday**

**Timing : 9am to 6pm**

Office Location at Vile parle west 5mints walking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
