**Position Summary**
We are looking for a talented **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals and video content that aligns with our brand message and mission. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for social media, presentations, course materials, and marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop visual concepts and designs for various digital assets, including social media posts, infographics, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Design visually appealing presentations, course content, and educational materials for AI Vidya and Bharat AI Pragati.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging graphics that enhance brand identity and communicate our message effectively.
- Assist in designing the UI/UX of our online learning portal and mobile app.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video content for social media platforms, educational modules, tutorials, and promotional materials.
- Add effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to enhance the learning experience for video lectures and tutorials.
- Work with content creators to produce short videos, reels, and promotional ads showcasing AI tools and Tuleip’s initiatives.
- Handle end-to-end video editing, including trimming, color correction, audio mixing, and exporting optimized files for various platforms.
- **Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design and video trends, experimenting with new styles to continually improve our content quality.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design/video software.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly in creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
- Experience in AI or tech-related content is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
