As a Business Sales executive at Indigo Interiors, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales funnel.
- You will lead a team of designers, ensuring that sales targets are met consistently.
- meeting goals: They work towards monthly or annual sales targets.
- Your role will involve managing customer relationships, enhancing customer experience, and training designers to achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities : Sales Funnel Management:

- Own and manage the sales funnel to achieve a higher conversion rate.
- Sales executives build and maintain relationships with customers and businesses.
- Need to sell and upsell products and services to current and new customers.
- Need to negotiate sales, costs, deliveries, and specifications with customers.
- Required to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Expertise and Qualifications:
Education:

- Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or any specialization MBA from Tier 2 institutes preferred.

Experience:

- 5+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales.

Skills:

- Strong sales and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to drive a team towards achieving sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service.
