**Qualifications**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and optimize website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to continuously improve the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Create engaging content for online platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, monitoring online discussions, and engaging with the audience to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors' activities to gain a competitive edge.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies.

**1.Content Creation & Curation**:
Develop creative and engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others Social Media.

Schedule and publish posts using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Ensure content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

**2.Campaign Management**:
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.

Set campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with marketing and design teams for cohesive campaigns.

**3.Community Management**:
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

Moderate user-generated content and manage brand reputation online.

Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.

**4.Trend Analysis**:
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Identify opportunities for the brand to join trending conversations or viral challenges.

Experiment with emerging platforms and formats.

**5.Social Media Strategy**:
Develop and refine the social media strategy based on business goals.

Research target audiences and create a content calendar tailored to them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
