We are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Modeling Artist and Animator to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

As a 3D Modeling Artist and Animator at Dangura Digital, you will play a key role in bringing our creative visions to life. You will collaborate closely with our art and design teams to develop high-quality 3D models and animations for various projects. Your work will be instrumental in delivering visually stunning and immersive experiences to our clients and audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
**3D Modeling**:Create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing 3D models based on concept art, reference materials, or client requirements.
Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across multiple platforms.
Maintain a high level of artistic and technical quality in all 3D models produced.

Ensure consistency in texture quality and style across assets.

**Animation**:Develop character animations, object animations, and environmental animations to enhance the overall experience of our projects.
Collaborate with the animation team to ensure fluidity, realism, and consistency in character movements.

**Rigging**:Create and implement character rigs that allow for smooth and realistic animation.
Collaborate with rigging specialists to ensure character rigs meet project requirements.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to meet project objectives and timelines.
Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve the quality of work produced.

**Research and Development**:Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's growth.

**Documentation**:Maintain clear and organized documentation for 3D assets and animation pipelines.

**Salary**: ₹12,089.70 - ₹65,181.27 per month
