Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist with day-to-day operations tasks with the team.
2. Support the Operations team to identify areas for improvement.
3. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
