- **Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors, clarify instructions, and report issues or concerns.
- **Confidentiality**: Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive or proprietary data.
