**About the internship**

As a 'Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist' at AY-Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and engaging our target audience through various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating visually captivating content including infographics, flyers, carousels, and promotional videos, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute creative social media marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement

2. Design visually appealing and innovative content using tools like Canva, encompassing infographics, flyers, carousels, and promotional videos

3. Curate, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

4. Regularly publish posts on all social media platforms daily to maintain an active and engaging online presence

5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives

6. Conduct thorough hashtag research and implement effective hashtag strategies to amplify content reach and engagement

7. Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and personable manner

8. Develop and implement strategies to boost social media profiles and increase follower growth and engagement

9. Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
