We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce QA Analyst who will be an integral part of a team supporting projects centered on Quote-to-Cash Cloud integration and implementation initiatives, as well as software development projects. The QA Analyst is an instrumental member of a project team, helping to ensure that a solution is fit for the end user's needs. QA Analysts work closely with the entire project team to review the overall functional and non-functional requirements while keeping a user's perspective in mind. Activities in this role will include analyzing non-functional requirements and technical designs, translating functional requirements into test cases, and identifying defects and driving them to resolution.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute test cases while leveraging various test heuristics to validate that products are working as expect
- Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyze, and debut issues. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management.
- Review functional/operational requirements and design specifications, advise Project Management, Business Analysts, and/or Testing Leads regarding requirements and design testability.
- Coordinate efforts with Automation Testing resources to determine which test cases and under what conditions automation will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
- Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and, well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
- Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end and automation testing.
- Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
- Willing to work in shifts

**Required Skills**:

- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
- 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience would be added advantage.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of testing integrations, and end-to-end system processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Must be willing to step into additional project roles such as business analyst, implementation consultant, or Salesforce Developer
