**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily 1-hour training sessions on Selenium automation.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance learning.
- Adapt training methods to suit both online and offline formats.
- Assess the progress of trainees and provide feedback and guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Selenium and related technologies.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience working with Selenium.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, and other related tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner.
- Experience with both online and offline teaching methodologies is preferred.
- Certification in Selenium or related technologies is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Selenium WebDriver and other Selenium tools.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
