**About the Role**:
The selected interns will work closely with our developers and QA team to design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, write, and execute **test cases using Selenium WebDriver**.
- Understand functional requirements and create automated test scripts accordingly.
- Perform **regression testing, smoke testing, and functional automation testing**.
- Debug test failures and work with developers to identify root causes.
- Maintain and update existing **test automation frameworks**.
- Prepare **test reports** and document test results in detail.
- Collaborate with QA leads and developers to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Learn and implement best practices in **Automation Testing and QA processes**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must have completed **formal training in Automation Testing with Selenium**.
- Strong knowledge of **Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and core Java/Python** (Java preferred).
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and reliable test scripts.
- Understanding of **software testing lifecycle (STLC), defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies**.
- Familiarity with tools like **JIRA, Git, Jenkins, or similar** is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
- Basic knowledge of **manual testing** is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
