The following is a typical job description for an inside sales representative:
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for sales
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers, explaining their features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and other terms with customers to close sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Proven inside sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to make high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
