**KID’S WEAR MERCHANDISER**

**Job Title**: Merchandiser - Kids wear Department
**Location**: Baramati - Pune 413102
**Department**: Merchandising
**Experience Required**: Minimum 4-5 Years (Kids wear Apparel)
**Qualification**: Graduate (Minimum)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Buying & Planning**:

- Develop seasonal buying plans based on store-wise sales trends and customer preferences.
- Finalize product assortments and quantities for each store, ensuring alignment with sales targets and budgets.
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
- **Inventory & Allocation**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels across all 15 stores to maintain optimal inventory.
- Plan and execute store-wise merchandise allocation and replenishment strategies.
- **Sales Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track product performance and analyse sales data to identify fast
- and slow-moving items.
- Prepare reports and make recommendations for markdowns, reorders, and promotions.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors for product sourcing, cost negotiations, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and timely availability of merchandise.
- **Market Trends & Customer Insights**:

- Stay updated on kids wear fashion trends and customer buying behaviour.
- Incorporate market insights into buying and merchandising strategies.
- Minimum **4-5 years of relevant experience** in merchandising for the kids wear segment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and handle store-specific needs effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel and merchandising/planning tools.
- A **graduate degree** is must; additional certifications in fashion merchandising or retail management will be a plus.
