**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated merchandiser to join our team. As a merchandiser, you will work closely with our design and production team to create unique designs for our upcoming collections.

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for a Merchandiser for Aguante, focusing on pattern making and sampling.
- In this role, you will work on creating and checking product patterns, ensuring accuracy before production.
- You'll handle the sampling process, making changes after trials or team discussions to improve the product.
- You will track fabric orders, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with the fashion design & production team to keep things running smoothly.
- Regular market research to monitor competitors and find ways to improve our products is a must.
- You'll also track defective pieces and suggest ways to reduce defects.

**Requirements**:

- degree in fashion design or a related field
- sports wear backround preferred
- Strong design skills and an eye for detail
- Knowladge of google workplace and Microsoft office is must
- preferred design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
