The Production In-Charge is responsible for managing the entire production process to ensure smooth operations, quality compliance, and timely delivery of products. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and train production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.
- Implement and maintain best practices in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and quality control teams for smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP and production management software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
