**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the selection of protective paints based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM software.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the coatings or paint industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of protective paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Experience**:

- Paints Sales: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:
