**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in luxury real estate.
- Analyze competitors and strategize to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed property presentations and tours to prospective buyers.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote properties.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, social media content, and advertisements.
- **Lead Generation & Management**:

- Identify and nurture potential leads through multiple channels, including digital platforms, events, and referrals.
- Manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize open houses, property showcases, and exclusive client events.
- Represent the company at real estate expos and networking events.
- **Content Creation & Digital Marketing**:

- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s luxury image.
- Work on SEO/SEM strategies to enhance property visibility online.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Monitor marketing campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on lead conversions and campaign success.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in luxury real estate marketing or similar fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, social media platforms).
- Passion for luxury real estate and a keen understanding of high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of luxury lifestyle trends and market demands.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
