**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective organic lead generation strategies across social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create engaging content, including posts, articles, and videos, designed to connect with our target audience and boost interaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to discover new growth opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence, including post scheduling and follower engagement.
- Provide support through voice communication and live chat interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, particularly in organic lead generation, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
