**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about the company's products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to provide information and assistance.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English, Gujarati, Hindi.
- Good persuasive and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to handle stress and manage time effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor Education.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or other sales/customer service role preferred but not required.
