Job Title: Sales Telecaller

Job Location: MBP, Mahape

Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Lead

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads, promote products/services, and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, existing clients, and prospects to ensure sales opportunities are nurtured and converted.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, updating the team on lead progress, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Update and collaborate with team members and sales managers regarding client requirements, progress, and challenges.
- Customer Communication: Address customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers, update the CRM system, and track leads efficiently.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain client contact information, sales activity, and feedback in company databases.
- Achieving Targets: Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up with leads and customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer support role (Sales experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Key Competencies:

- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
