**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects to help them make informed decisions about our educational courses.
- Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while ensuring high conversion ratios.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech/International Call Centre Sales.
- **Strong communication skills with fluency in English**.
- Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.
- **Strong persuasion, negotiation, Spontaneous and objection-handling skills.**:

- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and result orientation.
- Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added advantage.

**Working Days & Timings**
- **Immediate joining is preferred.**:

- 5 days working with rotational week-offs.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 1 year (required)
