Job Description - Quality Executive (Printing & Packaging)
- Job Role
- Quality Executive ( Printing & Packaging )
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in QA department in Paper printing & packaging industry.

- Qualification Preferred : Diploma and Degree in Printing and packaging, Science graduate

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
2. Heading Quality Assurance, Suppliers Development and Customer Support
3. Communicate to the top management on quality related issues, non-conformists and audit reports and initiate necessary corrective action and preventive action
4. Handling Incoming Quality, In process Quality, Suppliers Issues and to ensure final product Quality
5.Preparation & updating of Sops, Work Instructions, Forms, check lists,
6. Process Control & Rejection Control
7.Support the implementation of product revisions and new product development

8. Inspection of Incoming, inprocess and final inspection

9. Monitoring Inhouse rejection and take necessary corrective action

10. Identifying and clearing of rejection, separate items.

11. Co-ordinate with production department for quality issues

12. Ensure product carry appropriate inspection test status during all production stages.

13. Understanding and implementation of customer requirement down the line.

14. If any deviation in process/products, stop & correct the process / machine

15. Analysis, corrective action and review of Customer complaint, Inhouse rejection, raw material problem.

16. Prepare master & maintain samples.

17. Achieve departmental objectives

18. Follow procedure as per ISO QMS standard

**Skills-required**

Must have hand on experience of product manufacturing like corrugated boxes, mono carton, liner carton, rigid boxes, Printed Tag, Heat transfer

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
