**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Education**: Master’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent with specialization in Business Studies or related field.
- **Preferred**: B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven teaching experience at the PUC or equivalent level is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Business Studies** for 1st and 2nd PUC (Grade 11 and 12) as per the Karnataka state PU board syllabus.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in line with curriculum standards.
- Deliver lectures using diverse teaching methods to cater to varied learning styles.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams, and competitive commerce entrance exams (if applicable).
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and provide feedback to monitor academic progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and academic events.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to the improvement of the commerce department.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Proficient in using educational technology tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
