**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow your existing book of business.
- Identify and secure new clients and carriers to expand freight opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers and carriers.
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12 months of experience** as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
- **Active book of business/shippers** (required).
- Experience handling freight across **multiple equipment types**:

- **Flatbed**:

- **Reefer (Refrigerated)**:

- **Dry Van**:

- **LTL (Less Than Truckload)**:

- **Drayage(Port/Rail)**:

- Strong understanding of the freight brokerage process(OTR/Drayage), logistics, and transportation industry.
- Proven track record of sales and customer retention.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems),DAT, CRM & other Logistics tools.
