We are looking for a **Sales Officer** to strengthen our HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) network in **Ludhiana**, driving business growth and brand presence in this key market.
**Role Overview**
The **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** will be responsible for managing and expanding the HoReCa customer base in Ludhiana. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations in the frozen food category.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales growth by developing new HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional clients) in Ludhiana.
- Maintain and grow business with existing clients through strong relationship management.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and promotional activities to increase product acceptance.
- Collaborate with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers to secure new business.
- Ensure timely execution of orders in coordination with distributors and channel partners.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to provide insights to management.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- **3-5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a strong focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).**:
- Strong client network in Ludhiana’s HoReCa segment (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSR chains).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business growth.
