**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct chemical and metallurgical analyses of metal samples to assess their composition, properties, and performance.
- Perform material testing, including mechanical and physical testing, to evaluate the quality and suitability of metal products.
- Develop and optimize metal alloys and formulations to meet industry and customer specifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality and performance issues related to metal products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, quality improvement, and process optimization.
- Utilize specialized laboratory equipment and instruments for metallurgical analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and research findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the laboratory and manufacturing areas.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in metallurgy.
- Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues related to metallurgical processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff and assist in process improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education: B.Sc /** Master’s degree (MSc) or higher in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in metallurgical analysis, alloy development, or quality control within the metal industry.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles, metal characterization techniques, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using specialized metallurgical equipment and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
