**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Counselling patients on their Health Insurance/Claims
- Help patients with pre-authorizations.
- Supporting with uploading documents on the platform
- Communication with doctors & reception for cashless patients.
- Uploading /Sending documents to insurance & TPA’S for patients pre authorization.
- Resolving any queries from insurance or TPA with the help of doctors. Sending final bills of patients to insurance & TPA for settlement.
- Communication with insurance & TPA. Any other work related to cashless insurance

**Qualifications and Skills**
Graduation
3-4 yrs experience in Hospital
MS Office(Excel, Word)

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
