**Restaurant F&B AssociateJob Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Excellence**:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.
- Handle special guest requests and dietary requirements with care.
- **Menu Knowledge**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Explain dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
- Suggest pairings and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, and service areas.
- Set up and clear dining tables according to restaurant standards.
- Follow sanitation and food safety procedures rigorously.
- **Billing and Payment**:

- Present checks, handle payments, and return change or card slips promptly.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system.
- Reconcile transactions and assist with daily closing procedures.
- **Coordination and Team Support**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours to maintain service flow.
- Attend pre-shift briefings and participate in team meetings.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Address guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
- **Inventory and Stocking**:

- Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, and other essentials.
- Inform management of low inventory or damaged supplies.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and dress codes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
