**Job Title: Associate
- Guest Service F& B**

**Location**: Corporate Guest house/New Delhi
**Reports to**: Guest House Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and address concerns.
- Clear dishes and clean tables after guests finish their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

**Work Conditions**:

- Fast-paced environment.
- Interaction with team members.
- Requires standing for long hours and lifting trays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
