SYSTRA India’s comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge (Building a new rail link, doubling the capacity, gauge conversion, upgrading a network, improving the performance of existing lines, etc.).

Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Projects across India. The position of Additional Chief Contract Expert is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties:

- Look for all contract management activities for metro rail projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Advise senior management and project teams on contractual matters, risk mitigation, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor contract performance, variations, amendments, and close-outs to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of technical, commercial, and legal contract terms.
- Manage contract documentation, records, and reporting for all project phases.
- Ensure adherence to public procurement norms, local laws, and international best practices in contract management.

Profile/Skills:
**Education**:

- Graduate in Civil or Electrical Engineering

**Experience**:

- shall have minimum 18 years’ experience in railways or railway related industry after completion of full time Graduation out of which minimum 5 years’ experience in urban rail based passenger carrying system.
