**Job Title**: PLC/SCADA Programmer (Mitsubishi or Similar PLCs)
**Location**: Noida
**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 CTC (per month)

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **PLC/SCADA Programmer** with strong hands-on expertise in **Mitsubishi PLCs** (or similar platforms). The role involves designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems, along with executing site-level projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement PLC/SCADA programs for industrial control systems.
- Lead on-site project activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee site execution tasks such as cable laying, terminations, loop testing, contractor coordination, and PLC fault resolution.
- Support and participate in **FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)**, **SAT (Site Acceptance Test)**, and **ITP (Inspection & Test Plan)** processes.
- Design, document, and manage backend databases for time-series data used in analysis and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proven hands-on experience in **PLC & SCADA programming** (Mitsubishi preferred; other PLCs acceptable).
- Direct exposure to site-level work (installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
- Minimum **3 years of relevant experience** (up to 1 job switch acceptable).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and presentable personality.
- Proficiency in English; confident in client-facing and site interactions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
