Auto Electrician

**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in vehicle systems, including ignition, lighting, batteries, air conditioning, charging, and starting systems.
- Repair and replace faulty electrical wiring, components, and circuits in vehicles.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to assess electrical issues and ensure proper operation of all electrical components.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Work with vehicle manufacturers' wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate repairs.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Advise customers on electrical system performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient service and repair.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive electrical technologies and techniques.

Qualification:

- Certificate /Diploma / Degree in automobile sector
