- Greet and prepare patients for diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, blood work).
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood or other biological samples following standard protocols.
- Assist radiologists, pathologists, and lab technicians during diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications post-procedure.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transfer of samples to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate patients on pre
- and post-diagnostic care instructions.
- Adhere to infection control and biohazard handling protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms.
- Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Support emergency response efforts within the diagnostic center when necessary.
