**Job description**

The job description of a tele caller typically includes the following duties and responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to generate sales leads or sell products or services.

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products or services or resolve customer complaints.

Identify and understand the customer's needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and received and maintain a customer database.

Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and achieve performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Collaborate with team members and managers to improve sales and customer service processes and achieve team goals.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to improve sales and customer service skills.

Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

In addition to the above responsibilities, a telecaller may also be required to work on special projects or initiatives as directed by their supervisor. Good communication skills, active listening skills, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi Tamil Malayalam (preferred)
