**About Noa**:
**Summary**:
You will be part of the Customer Success Team serving the customer and ensuring repeats. You will be directly working with the Founders paving a steep career growth.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high quality customer service via nutrition tele-advisory driving customer retention.
- Building customer relationship right from customer placing the order.
- The role involves solving customer queries, an attitude for winning the customer trust and strong knack for driving customer repeat orders.
- Key Performance Metrics : Process Completion%, Process TATs, Customer Reviews, Customer Repeat Orders, Customer Referrals.

**Working Hours & Location**:

- 6 day a week with Tuesday off
- Sector 28, Gurgaon, Work from Office (optional)

**Qualifications & Eligibility**:

- Bachelors in Food / Nutrition
- 1yr past experience in startups/fast paced companies (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales / customer retention (preferred)

**Compensation & Other Benefits**:

- Per Month - 15k.
- Monthly Performance Based Incentives -10k as per performance.
