**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 Years of experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, etc.
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based platforms and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Architect and implement highly available, fault-tolerant systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements, establish best practices, and drive architectural decisions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to platform engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation.
- Drive initiatives to enhance platform security, compliance, and governance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
