**Position Summary**:
We are seeking qualified homeopathy doctors to conduct teleconsultations with patients. This is an incentive-based role that offers both flexibility and independence, ideal for professionals passionate about patient care. Training will be provided to support your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct teleconsultations with assigned patients
- Provide tailored homeopathic advice and recommendations
- Guide patients through prescribed treatment plans and follow-up care
- Coordinate with patients regarding the purchase of prescribed medicines

Incentive Structure:

- ₹50 per consultation
- ₹80 per medicine order placed post-consultation

**Estimated Monthly Earnings Potential**:
Our doctors handle an average of 10-15 calls daily, with a 50% conversion rate for medicine orders and a 50% return rate for follow-up consultations. Consistent performance can yield monthly earnings in the range of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 based on consultations and successful medicine orders.

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Flexible scheduling options are available within these hours

**Qualifications**:

- BHMS or equivalent degree in Homeopathy
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with remote consultations
- Prior experience in telemedicine or online consultations is a plus but not mandatory
