Role Description

Tutor in Homeopathy - Online or Offline

1) Responsible to conduct individualized sessions for BHMS doctors on aspects of medicinal protocols in Homeopathy with high quality and reflective practices.

2) Responsible to provide counselling on the part of best principals, insights and techniques of homoeopathic medicine that will help doctors to treat patients.

3) Responsible to use real world case studies to illustrate Homeopathy principles and methodologies.

4) Responsible to conduct frequent conferences with doctors to assess and evaluate progress of work.

5) Responsible to advise on how to analysis and evaluation of unique cases.

6) Responsible to guide on latest concepts and practices in Homeopathy.

7) Ensure to address with related to investigation and treatment.

8) Responsible to ensure all the concept of methods, contents are up-to-date and aligns with industry standards and advance in homeopathy.

9) Responsible to identify gaps and ensure that all concerned of doctors must be addressed.

10) Responsible to have latest research and best practices and methods in hand to provide sessions to doctors.

11) Responsible to contributes for learning, growth, and advancement.

12) Facilitate doubt clarifications with reinforcement session.

Qualification & Experience:
MD (Hom) or BHMS degree

10 to 20 or above years of real time practicing experience as a Homeopathy Doctor.

Must have altruistic personality with full committed on responsibilities.

In
- depth knowledge of homeopathic principles and remedies.

Strong communication, convincing and counselling skills.

Willingness to continually learn and grow.
