**Job Summary**:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a fresher in tele sales, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services, address queries, and generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
- Maintain records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve goals.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in [mention language requirements, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
