Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele calling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Explain products or services and answer customer queries effectively.
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments or product demos.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM systems.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹23,953.94 per month
