- Azure Login ID Creation & Deletion.
- New Joiner setup
- Installation of Operating system.
- Software installation through SCCM.
- Troubleshooting MACBOOK issues.
- Audio Video room maintenance.
- Printer & Plotter maintenance.
- Should be familiar with Incident & Task tracking through ServiceNow.
- Induction for new joiners.
- Asset Management
- Inventory management.
- Vendor management activities like creating purchase requisition & follow-up with vendors.
- Good writing & verbal communication skills.
