**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct nutritional assessments and create individualized nutrition plans based on clients' health goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle.
- Provide counseling and education to clients on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications.
- Stay informed about current nutrition research, trends, and developments to integrate the latest evidence-based practices into client care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, to coordinate care and address clients' specific health concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards their nutrition goals, making adjustments to plans as needed.
- Conduct group nutrition education sessions and workshops for clients, community groups, and employees.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant certifications and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in clinical or community nutrition settings.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and health promotion strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in using nutrition assessment tools, software, and electronic health records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,656.04 - ₹30,399.04 per month
