Packing Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise labour and oversee the packing of consumer goods in the warehouse.
- Organize workers to make sure they perform efficiently.
- Communicate, motivate, train & direct labour regularly.
- Maintain quality control in goods to be checked/assembled/labelled/packaged.
- Isolate any product that does not meet established quality standards, and notify head office.
- Manage inbound & outbound goods and packing materials.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
- Observe & maintain regular records of inventory, material consumption, and achievement of day-to-day targets, and devise a next-day plan of action.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Supervisor: 4 years (preferred)
