**Quality Assurance (QA) Intern - Telosa**

**Location**: Pune - Inoffice

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **QA Intern** who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The intern will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to test features, identify bugs, and contribute to building reliable, scalable solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, and exposure to SaaS product development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute manual test cases and identify, document, and report bugs clearly.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports).
- Contribute to setting up automated test scripts (if familiar with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools).
- Verify bug fixes and ensure release readiness.
- Provide feedback to improve overall product usability and performance.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or other issue tracking systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts (mandatory); exposure to automation testing tools is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
